Yeah, that doesn&#039;t happen much there. I once waited in line after work for 30 minuets. There was 10 minuets left until their marked closing time when I got to the counter, and they literally just shut the metal shutter over the counter as I stepped up, had I been slower it would&#039;ve hit my fingers. 

Postal employees don&#039;t get paid much and recieve little appreciation, which tends to leave them bitter and not care enough to use logic. See also: the DMV, or any other government worker.</description>
