There was 10 minuets left until their marked closing time when I got to the counter, and they literally just shut the metal shutter over the counter as I stepped up, had I been slower it would've hit my fingers. Postal employees don't get paid much and recieve little appreciation, which tends to leave them bitter and not care enough to use logic. See also: the DMV, or any other government worker.
